These intros etc, encourage us authors to design bigger and better games for you guys to play. Plus an intro doesn't affect your gaming experience.

SOMETIMES, I get the feeling that people think that a short movie can't be good, or graphics have to be perfect, etc, etc.

This is a good example of something that was not overly complex, but done sufficiently well that it was amusing, and the concept was a little bit different.
